How It Works
HoosierFantasy is a free, single-team fantasy football game for Indiana University fans. Each week you build a lineup of real Hoosiers, earn points from their game-day stats, and compete on public leaderboards.
The basics
- 1. Create an account — sign up for free to save your weekly lineups.
- 2. Build your lineup — pick 13 Indiana players before the week locks.
- 3. Score on Saturdays — your players earn fantasy points from real offensive, defensive, and special-teams production.
- 4. Climb the board — weekly and season-long standings rank every manager by total points.
Building your lineup
Every week you fill 13 roster slots under a $100,000 salary cap. Each player has a weekly price — spend wisely to maximize upside without going over budget.

QB · 2 RB · 2 WR · TE · FLEX · 5 DEF · ST
Slot eligibility
- QB, RB, WR, TE — offense slots match position.
- FLEX — any RB, WR, or TE.
- Defense — DL, LB, or DB.
- Special Teams — kicker or punter.
- All 13 slots must be filled to save a lineup.
- Each player can appear only once per lineup.
- Total salary must stay at or below $100,000.
- Lineups lock when the week status moves to locked — no edits after kickoff.
Scoring
Fantasy points are calculated from each player's weekly stat line. Offense uses PPR scoring; defense rewards tackles and big plays; kickers and punters score on special-teams stats. Player totals are rounded to two decimal places, then summed for your lineup score.

Competition
The leaderboard tracks two views: this week's highest-scoring lineups and season-long totals across every week. Each week moves through four stages — upcoming, open for lineup edits, locked at kickoff, and scored once final stats are entered.
